How do I get my free updates?

To retrieve your free updates from us simply create an account with us at http://www.mp3express.com.au/jambeta/

After you sign up go to your new admin with us and fill out the small questionaire that you find there.
When we recieve this form we will update your admin for you so that it reflects support for the products you have purchased from us.

When Brian updates any templates that are used for the operation of the Express Media Player System we will update them and they will be available for you to download for free from your admin.

Note Customers who have any of the Jamroom licences will also have access to the free cache security file which removes the play links from your customers caches. This is another place where users can gain access to a link and open the file with their Windows Media Player. Once a file is being played this way they can click file save as and they will have the file.
